Alleged Nain Stabber’s Bail Hearing Set for Next Week

The Nain man who allegedly stabbed three people will appear before a provincial court judge for a bail hearing next week.

46-year old David Aggek’s bail hearing is set for Monday.

Aggek is facing three charges of aggravated assault.

The charges stem from an incident in Nain early Sunday morning.

Three people were found with obvious stab wounds when RCMP arrived on the scene.

All were treated for non-life threatening injuries at the local clinic and released the same day.

Aggek initially fled the scene of the alleged crime.

He was located by local RCMP around noon the same day.

Aggek is being remanded at the Labrador Correctional Centre until his bail hearing on Monday.
