Another Passenger Discusses Frightening Air Labrador Flight

Passengers of Wednesday’s Air Labrador flight in which an emergency exit window detached are still shaken up by the ordeal.

We spoke to one passenger, Heather Lampe, Wednesday who says she was hit in the face by the window.

Rosina Brown was the passenger in the seat ahead of Lampe.

She says she heard Lampe yelling and crying behind her.

She turned around to see one of the aircraft’s windows flapping.

Brown told her partner, who was sitting beside her, to hold the window.

She says she slackened her own seatbelt to assist in holding the window.

The two did this until the aircraft landed again.

Brown says she tried to remain calm as to not scare the already frightened children onboard.

She says once they had landed, it started to sink in as to what just happened.

Brown says she has many unanswered questions.

Our calls to Air Labrador have still not been returned.
