Public Hearings on Lower Churchill Project Winding Down
The public hearings on the proposed Lower Churchill project are winding down after nearly two months of meetings.
The Joint Review Panel will be holding closing remarks over the next two days in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
The public hearings first began in late-February.
The Joint Review panel has heard from people from all over Labrador since that time.
The closing remarks are taking place during the morning and afternoon of Thursday and Friday at the Hotel North Two.
